§1 Scope, Contract Language, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between us, ETW International Limited, Unit B&C, 20/F, Full Win Commercial Centre, 573 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong (hereinafter "ImmoHomes24"), and you as our customer through our online shop, if you are a consumer. If you order as a business, our terms and conditions of sale for businesses apply.

(2) Only consumers who have reached the age of 18 can order from our online shop.

(3) The contract language is English.

(4) We store the contract text. You can view the contract text and your past orders in your customer account, provided you are a registered customer. You can also view, download, store, and print the general terms and conditions at any time on this page.

§2 Conclusion of Contract and Correction of Input Errors

(1) The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

§3 Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e., a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity, you have a right of withdrawal.

§4 Prices

The prices quoted on the product pages are gross prices and include the statutory value-added tax.

§5 Payment Methods and Payment Conditions

The following payment methods are available to you: credit card, PayPal, Giropay, SEPA bank transfer, or invoice. If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can enter your payment details. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

§6 Data Protection

(1) For order processing, we work with various companies that are responsible, for example, for payment processing. We ensure that our partners also comply with data protection regulations.

(2) Depending on the chosen payment method, payment processing may be carried out by involving a service provider for orders.

§7 Platform for Online Dispute Resolution; Information on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters

(1) The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution on the internet at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This platform serves as a point of contact for out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online sales or service contracts in which a consumer is involved.

(2) We are not willing or obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

§8 Choice of Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country at the time of conclusion of the contract, the application of mandatory legal provisions of that country shall remain unaffected by the choice of law made in sentence 1.
