The following data is collected and used to deliver web pages ("surfing") as well as to ensure IT security and stored in the form of log files for a limited time to be able to analyze any technical problems or attacks on our systems:

  • Date and time (This allows us to make a temporal assignment and use it to localize technical problems, for example.)
  • IP address (The collection of the IP address is necessary so that the web server can send you the desired data.)
  • The requested data (Which file are you requesting? In which subdirectory is it located?)
  • The port through which you request the data (This information is automatically sent by your browser. You will receive the desired web page via this port.)
  • The referring website (Some browsers also send the URL of the previously used website with each request.)
  • The name of the browser you are using to surf the internet (This information is automatically sent by your browser. We may use this information to display the content optimally.)

Your browser may also send other information, such as installed programs.

Miscellaneous: For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that your browser may send additional data to our web server (time zone difference, amount of data transferred, operating system and its interface, language, and version of the browser software). We have no influence on this, of course. This data is also stored in the aforementioned log files.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. You can change your cookie settings at any time. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. The aforementioned privacy policy applies exclusively to the website immohomes24.com and not to cloud products.

You can revoke your consent to unencrypted communication at any time with effect for the future. An email to info@immohomes24.com is sufficient for this purpose.

§4 Disclosure of Data and International Transfer

When you access our website, some data is automatically collected and used. Due to the nature of the Internet, these data are inevitably processed on a large number of servers until your request arrives at our web server; therefore, collection and use in "third countries" (e.g., the USA) is possible. Our company has no influence on this process.

Apart from these technical inevitabilities, the provider of this Internet presence does not transmit any personal data to states outside the EU/EEA.

§5 Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

We use cookies to identify you for future visits. For example, cookies store the duration of your visit to our website or the inputs you made there. This website uses cookies to the following extent:

Transient cookies (temporary use) Persistent cookies (limited time use) Third-party cookies (from third-party providers)

Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. This includes session cookies in particular. These store a so-called session ID, which allows various requests from your browser to be assigned to the shared session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to the website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.

Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.

The legal basis for the use of cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. The use of cookies or comparable technologies is based on your consent in accordance with § 25 para. 1 sentence 1 TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. You can change your cookie settings at any time.

You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. However, we would like to point out that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in this case.

You can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. For example, you can refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website. We would like to point out that you may not be able to use all functions of this website in this case.

§6 Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags via an interface (and thus integrate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offering). The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal data of users. With regard to the processing of users' personal data, the following information on Google services is referred to. Usage policy: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

§7 Google Analytics

Based on our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offering within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f. GDPR), we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Google uses cookies.

The use of cookies or similar technologies is carried out with your consent on the basis of § 25 para. 1 sentence 1 TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offering by users is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google is committed to complying with European data protection standards and your rights through the use of EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 28 (6), 42, 43 GDPR).

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offering by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offering, and to provide us with further services related to the use of this online offering and the internet. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.

We use Google Analytics only with IP anonymization enabled. This means that the IP address of users is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; users can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the online offering to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. Further information on data use by Google, settings and objection options can be found in Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) and in the settings for displaying advertisements by Google (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated).
